All of our EVO Series rate tables are designed with key components chosen for having the best quality.  Brushless motors, optical encoders and slip-ring capsules are critical to the performance of the complete system. Our rate tables all come with iXblue nGine controller and ProaXe Graphical User Interface, which are the most advanced control electronics in terms of performance, efficiency and safety. Smart innovations help reduce customers’ integration time and non-recurring costs.

High-Performance Single-Axis Positioning and Rate tables

The EVO-10 Series is a full range of high-performance and modular single-axis positioning and rate tables which feature all required performance parameters for test and calibration of MEMS or FOG based inertial navigation systems or optronic payloads.

Scalability

The EVO-10 Series can evolve with your process. The single-axis test-tables may be used with the vertical axis as a rate table or horizontal to measure gravity (±1g). It can also be installed with a thermal chamber to perform environmental tests and can offer custom slip-rings and tabletops for your Unit Under Test.

Compact Two-Axis Positioning and Rate Table

The EVO-AMI is a compact, two-axis positioning and rate table which features all required performance parameters for test and calibration of MEMS or FOG based inertial navigation systems or optronic payloads. The EVO-AMI offers the best price/performance ratio on the market.

Scalability

The EVO-AMI can evolve with your process. The compact, two-axis test-table may be combined with an EVO-10M single-axis test-table to create a three-axis solution. It may also be installed within a climatic chamber to enhance the environmental simulation.

Scalability

The EVO-20 Series can evolve with your process. A climatic chamber may be installed onto the EVO-20 outer axis to enhance the environmental simulation, custom slip-rings and tabletops for your Unit Under Test can also be designed.

High-Performance Three-Axis Positioning and Rate Tables

The EVO-30 Series is a full range of high-performance and modular three-axis positioning and rate tables which feature all required performance parameters for test and calibration of all grades of inertial sensors, from mass production of commercial grade MEMS to Navigation Grade, unaided 6 DOF Inertial Navigation Systems (INS). The 3-Axis configuration is particularly suited to simulate Roll, Pitch and Yaw flight motion.

Scalability

The EVO-30 Series can evolve with your process. A climatic chamber may be installed onto the EVO-30 middle axis to enhance the environmental simulation. Custom slip-rings and tabletops for your Unit Under Test can also be designed.
