Regional Sales Manager South Europe and LATAM H/F

iXblue is opening new positions for managing the sales in South Europe and/or LATAM. We are looking for the most skilled and motivated profile to manage our Defense (Naval & Land) and/or civilian (Energy and Geosciences) activities in the region.

Sales Activity

  •  Responsible for the company sale budget in the region
  • Support and develop existing clients
  •  Develop new business opportunities through effective networking and prospection
  • Prepare tenders
  •  Co-ordinate the action plan of new areas of business.
  •  Prepare quotations and system proposals • Negotiate commercial conditions
  • Plan and co-ordinate sensor and system demonstrations • Prepare and carry out technical sales presentations with help of BDM's and product managers
  •  Liaise with Technical Support when required, to ensure all clients are given required attention
  • Appoint, manage and support agents and distributors to best achieve the company’s sales targets
  • Liaise with the technical teams and iXblue Divisions on each project requirements
  • Attend conferences and exhibitions
  • Attend corporate events

Analysis, Reporting & Communication

  •  Deliver regular and accurate reporting and forecasting and maintain up to date customer records and sales database in CRM
  • Sales Action Plan
  • Opportunity Precise Mapping for complex sales and tenders
  • Contribute to the wider sales team’s knowledge base and communicate regularly with wider European and Global sales team through the Divisional Sales organisation
  •  Prepare weekly reporting to management

Compliance and Procedures

• Follow the company’s quality and other procedures; understand and comply with relevant export controls

Required qualifications & skills


Master in Business/ Humanities, Political Sciences/ International Relations degree/ Electronic engineer/Army or Navy


  • 5 years sales experience minimum
  •  Proven track record in a technical sales role is preferred

Required skills

  • Fluent English as well as a second language: Spanish and/or Italian and/or Portuguese
  • Adaptability, able to work in autonomy, ability to listen, empathy, enthusiasm, tenacity, curiosity, excellent communication skills, a good team player, strategic thinking
