Philippe Debaillon Vesque iXBlue President & CEO - VP Marine Works Division

Philippe graduated from TELECOM ParisTech (84), and spent most of his carreer in the Thales Group (formerly Thomson CSF).  
Philippe started in system engineering positions from 85 to 87, and then project-managed the French SSN sonar upgrade program until 1990.  After heading the towed-array sonar group for two years, he was appointed technical director of SAES in Cartagena in 1992 ( Sociedad Anonima de Electronica Submarina ). He left Spain to join Thomson Sintra Pty in Sydney-Australia in 1996 where he first led the submarine product line, and then took over all Defense Activities in 1998. In 2000, he came back to head the active sonars group of Thomson Marconi Sonars in Sophia Antipolis – France. In 2004, he took over an SME, Thales Safare, which was facing some tough business difficulties and turn it back into profit. In 2006, he was appointed VP special products Business Unit of Thales Underwater Systems, and in 2008 took over the role of VP Active Sonars and Torpedoes, world-wide. Philippe joined iXBlue as President and CEO in June 2010. He's also iXSea President and VP of Marine Works division.

Sebastien Grall President H2X Shipyard

Sebastien, President of H2X, is a passionate marine carpenter & yacht designer with 20 years of experience in shipbuilding and naval design. Since the creation of his first shipyard in 1991 in Marseille and its subsequent move of the Shipyard in La Ciotat in 2001, he has continually extended the limits of the yard’s technological capabilities. His hunger for new technologies has led him to develop technics to bring together different materials (wood, metal, composite), or alternative materials (linen and cork), to build innovative hulls, either for pleasure boats or workships. He has privileged the usage of infusion (beating a world record with the infusion of the 120’ feet Nahema) and commonly uses the technics of modular construction for H2X’s accommodation’s needs, a technic that he invented a few years back. He is a visionary when it comes to new hulls, new technics and new materials. He also remains a passionate Regatta participant, with a brilliant record in finn’s races

Maurice Klein CEO H2X Shipyard

Maurice holds several degrees: a BA, a MA, and a PHD from the University of Paris, both in English and economics. He graduated from l’Institut d’Etudes Politiques of Paris and got his MBA from Harvard University. He also graduated from the University of Paris law school. He is currently the CEO of H2X, the shipyard subsidiary of iXBlue. Prior to joining H2X, he was the CEO of a major hightech cluster, a World Bank specialist in private sector development and a professor in economics. Maurice is primary focused on marketing, commercial development and financial control.

Patrick Griveau iXBlue Business Development - iXElek President

Patrick graduated from the Ecole Centrale de Nantes in 1978, started his career with DCN Indret working on noise and vibrations with particular emphasis on nuclear submarine acoustic discretion.
After ten years with DCN, Patrick joined the sales department of the Mors Group in 1989, in charge of the company’s marine activity.
In 1994, he joined the Brest site as Director of Mors Environment which became Océano Technologies in 2000.
From 1996 to 1998, Patrick was president of the Brest-based Acoustic Research Regional Grouping. As a result of iXSea’s acquisition and subsequent merger with Océano in 2002, Patrick became Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the new structure. In 2004, Patrick joined iXCore as Development Director in charge of the marine sector and he has been Vice-President and Treasurer of the “Pôle de Compétitivité Mer Bretagne” since 2005. Patrick joined iXBlue as Development Director in June 2010.
