Olivier Cervantes VP Sales & Marketing Director EMEA

Olivier graduated from the University of Toulon engineering School in Marine sciences and holds a Master’s degree in Physics from Marseille university. He began his career as Project engineer for DGA at SAFEGE CETIIS working on marine current numerical models and impact studies with various projects worldwide. He then became in 1999, Product Manager within Amadeus, worldwide IT leading company applied to the tourism industry.
In 2001, he joined CADDEN, company specialized in land & marine positioning solutions as sales manager and open the agency in Cannes to cover the south of France market.
In January 2004, Olivier Joined iXSea as Sales Manager for Scandinavia and Southern Europe countries. In 2008, he was appointed as Global Sales Manager for the iXSea offshore division with a mission to develop structure and sales strategy other Houston, Rio, Aberdeen, Stavanger, Dubai and Perth bases. This was followed in 2009 by his appointment as Sales Director for EMEA Region. In 2010 Olivier became iXBlue 'Vice President, Sales & Marketing for Europe Middle East Africa and Latin America Regions

Wilbert De Groot VP Sales & Marketing Director APAC - Managing Director iXBlue Pte

Wilbert graduated from College of Electronic Engineering in Haarlem, the Netherlands. He began his career as a technical survey engineer working for Osiris BV in the Netherlands. From 1990 to 1998 he was based in Asia to work for Osiris Asian office in Singapore and Hong Kong as operations manager for their operations.
In 1999, he returned to the Netherlands where he joined Photonetics/iXSea to incorporated the iXSea bv office in the Netherlands. After a 3 years period directing the sales effort in the Benelux Wilbert moved back to Singapore to incorporate and launch the iXSea APAC office.
In June 2010, Wilbert became the Vice President of Sales and marketing for the iXBlue Asia Pacific Region.

Phillip Wilson VP Sales & Marketing Director NORAM - Managing Director iXBlue Inc

Phillip joins iXBlue with more than 30 years business development, strategic and operational experience in the Defense, Engineering and IT Systems arenas. As Managing Director he is responsible for business development, growth, strategy, sales and marketing, and customers in North and Central America. 
Prior to joining iXBlue he was the Executive Vice President at Melbourne IT and was responsible for product development, business growth, strategy, sales and marketing. Before joining Melbourne IT Phillip held the role of Sales and Client Director at KAZ/Telstra. Prior to that Phillip worked for Thales as the Surface Ships Programs Manager, as well as managing his own business and a distinguished career in the Australian Navy as a Combat Systems Engineering Officer and Diver.
Phillip has a BaEng (Hon) from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, as well as holding various diplomas in business management and progresses his Masters of Systems Engineering as time permits. Phillip maintains involvement in community and Alumni organizations and coaches, and umpires Baseball, as well as playing both baseball and rugby.
