Olivier began its career in 1988 at THALES AVIONICS Valence as electronic and software engineer and has participated at design of the TIGER helicopter computer. In 1996, he then moved on at EADS DEFENSE AND SECURITY where he has occupied successively the function of military program director, profit center director, and finally in 2006 France Operation Director. He joined iXMotion in july 2007 as Director and became President in 2008. In addition, Olivier took over the VP role of the Integrated Solutions Division in February 2011.

Thomas spent the first 3 years of his career in the Telecom Industry in Sweden and France as a development engineer. He joined iXSea in 2002 to develop the space business. He has been in charge of iXSpace company from 2005 to 2011, partnering with EADS ASTRIUM to develop the ASTRIX Inertial Measurement Units family for the space market. Thomas took over the CEO role of the Integrated Solutions Division in February 2011.
Eric Richaud Sales Director
Eric spent fourteen years with the French Navy as an Anti-Submarine Warfare Specialist. During this period he was awarded numerous certificates including ASW Superior Certificate (Sonar) and Underwater Vehicle Piloting. From 1993 to 2000, Eric worked as Defence Sales Engineer followed by Marine and Environment Division Manager for MARTEC. In 2003 he became Managing Director for Distribution and Services in charge of Marine, Environment, Telecom and Industry Distribution Activities. Eric joined iXSea as Sales Director in 2004 and spent the next four years in charge of worldwide sales of the company’s product lines. This entailed either direct sales, sales via distributors or via subsidiaries based in Britain, the Netherlands, Germany, the US, Singapore, China and Australia. From 2008 to 2012 Eric worked as Sales Director specialising in the Defence sector; he is now Sales Director of the Integrated Solutions Division.
